March was the month when it felt like the snow would never stop falling here in Västerbotten.
That’s why it was such a pleasure to travel to Umeå and be part of the skilled and professional team behind the TV show Go'kväll, where I’ve had the honor of being a regular guest for several years.
It was such a delightful program featuring the talented singers Tommy Körberg and Tuva B. Larsen, both of whom starred in the musical adaptation of the highly successful 1992 film Änglagård.
In the clip, we’re playfully teasing and promoting the show that's about to start. We shot in March, but the episode aired on Good Friday.
Apart from various assignments, most of my time was spent navigating the construction of a new bathroom in the house.
Slowly the old kitchen on the upper floor began its transformation!
The absolute highlight of the month, however, was meeting Jen Vigil, whom I’ve followed on Instagram for a long time: https://www.instagram.com/mycoachjen/. I took one of her courses – the Hormonal Challenge – to better understand my body and the challenges that come with the stage of life I’m in.

This marked the beginning of a late but crucial lesson about how little I had understood the dramatic changes a woman’s body goes through during menopause. Personally, I had few, if any, major symptoms at the time and didn’t bother to learn about the actual changes my body would undergo. However, this has “caught up with me” almost 15 years later... I can genuinely and warmly recommend Jen’s expertise and courses!
Now I can finally reveal the secret project! I have been given the opportunity to be part of Fiddler on the Roof, one of the world’s most beloved musicals! The production will be staged by Västerbottensteatern this summer, directed by the brilliant Ronny Danielsson. I’m so excited to be part of this amazing project!
Aside from that, Leo and I enjoyed the sunny winter days – inspite the endlessly falling snow.
