Charming Country House for Rent – Innansjön, Burträsk

Due to an exciting project that will require me to stay in another location for a while, I am now renting out my wonderful country home.

The house is located in the charming village of Innansjön, just outside Burträsk (15 min) and approximately 40 km from Skellefteå (about 45 min).

About the House

Built in 1949, the house has a total area of 170 m² and spans four floors.

Ground Floor:

Three rooms: a living room with a fireplace insert, a dining room, and a spacious country-style kitchen.
Two pull-out sofas, accommodating up to four people.
Guest toilet in the hallway.

Upper Floor:

Open-plan room with two sections: a sleeping area with a wide bed and a workspace with a pull-out sofa for one person.
Large bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower. (This room was originally a second kitchen, explaining its generous size.)

Attic:

Partially insulated – one half has been used as a bedroom, while the other is storage space.

Basement:

Pantry with an extra freezer.
Storage room with a shower.
Laundry area with a geothermal heat pump, washing machine, and the old wood boiler.
Several additional storage spaces.

Garden & Surroundings

The house has a beautiful garden with fruit trees and berry bushes, along with an adjacent meadow. From the house, you can enjoy a stunning view of Lake Göksjön.

The village has a strong sense of community, and many enjoyable activities are arranged throughout the year. The village also offers:

A shared community hall in the old school.
A boat dock with picnic tables, benches, and a small sauna available for all residents.
A lovely, shallow swimming area a short distance away.
