Artist
I have 30 years in the profession as an artist, actor and director. I also perform as a singer. I prefer to sing jazz, soul, or disco, but am no stranger to singing classical Swedish folksongs. Also, I am particularly fond of Swedish chansons from the 1930s and 40s.
As a singer I perform accompanied by piano, or together with a jazz trio or with a big band. The more the merrier.
Over the years, I have also produced several one-woman shows. The photo is from my show about the singer Billie Holiday - "Lady Day".
Fransesca Quartey gives an outstanding acting performance. I don't know who could have done the role better. It is simply a treat.
